Kymberli Janine is a freelance artist / illustrator currently living and working in New York. In 2014, she graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA in Drawing and concentration in Illustration.

Her work consists of pencil drawings, paintings on paper, digital media, and most recently wood burning, with a focus on illustration, character design, and storytelling. Her work is inspired by fairytales and artists such as Alphonse Mucha, N. C. Wyeth, Sue Monk Kidd and many other great painters and illustrators.

Her work has been described as lovingly detailed, and ethereal with strong themes of fantasy, magic and adventure. She has shown work with Tectonic Space Gallery in Baltimore, MD, and Light Grey Art Lab in Minneapolis, MN.  She is currently working on multiple group zine projects, and sells short run prints of her paintings globally online and yearly in person at NYC FlameCon.
